Kiley Hayward was born and raised on a small farm in Eastern North Carolina. The core principals for which she built her company upon today were instilled in her early in her childhood as she helped her family with the farm. When it comes to business Kiley has always felt that loyalty, trust, strong work ethic, dedication to succeed, empathy, and putting other's needs first were the key factors to maintaining success. 

In 2005, she started working for a local bank where her insurance career began. She worked as a loan officer and financial advisor for 8 years before being promoted to a career within the Investor Services department of the bank. She learned from the best mentors in the business how to provide the best solutions to clients with varying needs. 

In 2013, Kiley was blessed with her most notable accomplishment. On November 21st, 2013 at 2:54 pm Kiley gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Camden. Just like any other Mother, the moment she laid eyes on her son she knew she would forever be in love. Kiley gave her notice to the small local bank in 2013 and decided to devote time to her new son and embrace the most important job she would ever have, being a Mother. 

In 2016, after Camden began preschool, Kiley decided it was time to begin a new journey and she became an independent agent with Aflac. She worked as an Independent Agent for 9 months before being recognized as a top performer and being promoted to District Sales Manager. Some of her biggest accomplishments while in the District Manager Role included 11 Quarter Team FAMES in a Row, Top DSC % of Quarter multiple quarters, winning 2 Aflac National Convention Trips and many FAME Trips, Top Account Opener, Aflac Founder's Award, and Aflac prestigious FAMEous Club award.

In 2019, after her client base grew to substantial heights, Kiley decided to extend her benefit offerings to her clients and added more lines of insurance to what she was able to offer. She dedicates the success she has achieved thus far to her most prized achievement, her son Camden. Hence, the birth of the company Camden Advisory Group, Inc. in early 2019. 

Camden Advisory Group, Inc. was established with the purpose of helping individuals and small businesses to accomplish their goals. Camden Advisory Group, Inc. was built upon the premise of building lasting relationships with clients, mentoring other small business owners, consulting and helping others to grow and achieve more, and being a valued business within it's community. 

Kiley still leads her company today on the sound premise that if you help enough people get what they want by doing what is right, then you will always have success in the insurance industry.
